Best holiday: Most romantic: Koh Samui, Thailand . Most fun: Kuala Lumpur for the Formula 1 races.

Most meaningful: Visiting family and friends in the US and Denmark.

Career highlight: Starting my own business and being able to meet new and interesting people every day while doing something I love.

Career lowlight: Working as a telemarketer raising money for a non-profit organisation I believed in, but which later turned out to be a scam.

Normal working day: Every day is different, but usually includes some business and course development, some writing, a couple coaching sessions with clients, and fun afternoons with my two little girls.

Downtime: Spending time with my husband and daughters, travelling, reading, swimming and eating great food.
