Normal working day: get up late, bit of yoga, lot of writing, lot more yoga,
meet someone for tea, more writing.

Downtime: More like uptime really: more yoga, knitting, flotation tank, gigs,
contemporary dance, reading (of course).

Best piece of advice: Never buy more than you can carry.
